Social security representation in Italy for foreign companies who hire Italian workers

Italian workers being hired overseas by overseas employers located in countries not adhering to the convention in terms of social security with Italy, must be covered in Italy, by the enforcement framework as of Law 398/87, as far as social security is concerned.
